How many people will come?

Typically we have 1 or 2 techs on any given project. However, depending on the size of your project, we may have more techs arrive for your service. If you are short on time please let us know ahead and we will try to plan accordingly.

What area do you service?

We service most of the Boston Metro Area. See our service area page here.

What is the cost of your service?

Although we do have a standard pricing table to assign pricing estimates for projects, there is no standard project so every customer’s price will be different depending on the size of the property, the condition and the service requested.

Do you use harsh chemicals?

The majority of our cleaning solutions are mild, however we may use stronger chemicals on stains or to kill bacteria growth as needed. However we do not use strong chemicals for interior work.

How often should I have my windows cleaned?

For residential customers we typically recommend having your windows cleaned every 6 months to a year. However every home is different so we do have some clients that have their windows cleaned every month. For commercial clients it may be every week depending on the foot or vehicle traffic near the windows.

Are you insured?

Yes, we are fully insured. Our insurance certificate is available upon request.

How do you clean windows?

Depending on the condition of the glass we clean windows using a squeegee and mild detergent, a scrub pad or window mop.

We also may use a water-fed pole with a brush to reach glass using pure water. After scrubbing the glass we will rinse it with pure water and leave it to dry spot-free

 Verified Above & Beyond is Certainly that!! My experience with them was exceptional. The windows are so clean I will not put all of my screens back on (Scott's suggestion) -- the view is too beautiful to spoil. And speaking of suggestions, Scott was super helpful in all kinds of ways, giving me ideas for what to improve or keep the same. You wouldn't believe how much improvement can be made with windows-- but Scott does and he helped me figure it out. Scott works so hard to give you the best job ever -- with so many personal touches -- like cleaning the sills, asking about what I want done with basement windows.  Verified You can't find this kind of personal service anymore!  Scott did a wonderful job cleaning all my windows inside and out plus the screens and windowsills.  He even cleaned 7 year old construction debris off my windows.  He is a real professional who knows his business.  I immediately signed him up for my daughter's home.  Verified Shocking! Shocking how good our windows look! Better than new. Shocking at how wonderful Scott was! He was amazing! On time, personable, informative and diligent. He worked hard all day to clean our gutters, our windows, screens and skylights. I've hired others in the past who refused to clean the sills, no problem with Scott, our sills are white again!  Verified We had an outstanding experience. Called in the am, had an immediate quote followed by a visit and was scheduled for 7am the next day!  Verified Scott did a terrific job. We have an old house with lots of different windows, combination storms, and screens on three floors and he cleaned them all beautifully. And what a difference it made. This past weekend, in fact, my visiting family commented on how impressed they were with the better view of our yard! He was careful to wear covers on his shoes and keep his distance (or wear a mask when needed), so no worries about messes or viruses. He is a true professional who clearly takes pride in his work and is knowledgeable about window operation and repair as well as cleaning. (My husband was particularly impressed with his special screen cleaning contraption!) We highly recommend Scott and Above & Beyond Window Cleaning.

Above and Beyond went above and beyond when I hired Scott for window cleaning. He was professional, fair and dependable. My windows have never looked better! He checked and cleaned the screens too. He went beyond when I asked if he could clean a chandelier. He did a fantastic job with everything. I would definitely recommend and use Scott again!
